Sophisticated Comfort and Expedition Capability in Palau
Built in 2019, M/Y Black Pearl is a 46.8-metre luxury liveaboard combining refined accommodation with the engineering and operational capabilities required for extended diving expeditions. Constructed to demanding international stability standards, the vessel incorporates premium materials alongside modern navigation, safety, and scuba-diving systems.
Black Pearl welcomes up to 24 guests in 12 spacious cabins. The accommodation includes two Master Sea View Cabins, four Sea View Cabins, and six Deluxe Cabins, providing a comfortable private retreat after each day’s diving.
Powered by twin Cummins engines and supported by auxiliary propulsion, the vessel is designed for reliable cruising between Palau’s remote reefs, channels, and islands. Two purpose-built nine-metre aluminium tenders support smooth dive operations and guest excursions, providing convenient access to sites throughout the archipelago.
For greater independence during longer journeys, Black Pearl is equipped with reverse-osmosis systems capable of producing up to 30 tonnes of fresh water each day. This self-sufficient design allows the vessel to operate comfortably away from port while maintaining a high standard of onboard service.
With its generous proportions, modern technology, and expedition-ready facilities, Black Pearl offers a sophisticated base from which to experience Palau’s shark-filled reef corners, manta cleaning stations, dramatic walls, caves, and colourful coral gardens.
