M/V Damai I is a 40-metre luxury liveaboard created for guests who want exceptional Indonesian diving accompanied by highly personalised service. Just seven generously sized cabins create an intimate and peaceful atmosphere onboard. Each stateroom features a queen- or king-size bed, a full private bathroom with shower and convenient 110V and 220V charging points. The limited number of guests allows the attentive crew to provide genuinely personal service throughout the journey.
Dining is an important part of the Damai I experience. The onboard chefs prepare refined Western cuisine using fresh ingredients, with vegetarian meals and other dietary requirements accommodated wherever possible. Damai’s Signature Service also includes spa therapy, giving guests an opportunity to relax and restore themselves after an adventurous day in the water.
Underwater service is equally personal, with one Divemaster for every four divers. This small-group approach supports flexible dive planning, attentive guiding and an experience adapted to individual interests and abilities.

The spacious dive station includes individual rinse tanks, while a dedicated camera room with personal workstations provides a practical environment for preparing, charging and maintaining photographic equipment. After diving, three large leisure decks offer plenty of space to unwind, enjoy the scenery or find a peaceful corner in the tropical air.
Following Indonesia’s seasonal conditions and prevailing winds, Damai I operates throughout the year across an extraordinary selection of destinations. Itineraries may explore Raja Ampat, Komodo, the Banda Sea, Alor, Triton Bay, Cenderawasih Bay, Halmahera, Gorontalo, Bali and the Forgotten Islands.
